Our recruitment process for customer service and technical support representatives for our call centre involve a series of selection process:
TSR selection criteria
- Preferably Graduates
- In exceptional cases, if competencies are met, undergraduates are also considered
- Confidence level of the individual
- Proficiency in English
- Stability
- Reliability
- Previous experience
Recruitment Process
- Preliminary screening of candidates/applications
- First round interviews/short listing
- Written/analytical ability test before the group
- discussion
- Group discussions
- Telephonic conversation round
- Second round/final round selection
Training Process
- Each batch consists of approximately 20 persons
- Training is conducted for three weeks
- Training is followed by pre-certification tests
- Those who qualify the pre-certification are then allowed to appear for the certification
- Training is imparted in:
- Communication Skills
- Product knowledge
- Customer interaction skills
- Software skills
