Our recruitment process for customer service and technical support representatives for our call centre involve a series of selection process:

TSR selection criteria

  • Preferably Graduates
  • In exceptional cases, if competencies are met, undergraduates are also considered
  • Confidence level of the individual
  • Proficiency in English
  • Stability
  • Reliability
  • Previous experience

Recruitment Process

  • Preliminary screening of candidates/applications
  • First round interviews/short listing
  • Written/analytical ability test before the group
  • discussion
  • Group discussions
  • Telephonic conversation round
  • Second round/final round selection

Training Process

  • Each batch consists of approximately 20 persons
  • Training is conducted for three weeks
  • Training is followed by pre-certification tests
  • Those who qualify the pre-certification are then allowed to appear for the certification
  • Training is imparted in:
    • Communication Skills
    • Product knowledge
    • Customer interaction skills
